strawberrypearl updates

These are a couple of new products/series that I am working on for strawberrypearl studios. The Daily Reminder tiles are 4 inch x 4 inch tiles with little sayings and reminders. The block is part of my "Chunkers" line that I am in the process of creating. My friend has been busy working on updating my website and I hope to have some new things up later this week! I've been busy collecting cute little sayings, so if you have any pass them on!!!

Weston and Koper are starting to play together more, it's fun to watch. Weston loves playing "pots and pans." On this particular day they were cooking up some tasty cars. Koper loves being with Weston. I sometimes wonder why, when I catch Weston dragging him around the living room. They have both gone through huge growth spurts these past couple of weeks. I can't believe Weston will be 3 soon, he is so excited for his birthday! I'm trying to figure out how to make a horse cake.

Happy Fourth of July!

We started the Fourth on Thursday night by preparing for the MU6 ward's fifth annual 4th of July Breakfast. As the Elder's Quorum President, Seth gets to host the 4th of July Breakfast and as his wife, I get to help. It's actually kind of fun. This was the third breakfast that Seth and I have done for the ward. We keep it simple with pancakes and more bacon and sausage than anyone knows what do to with.

After the breakfast, we went up to my cousin's cabin on Lake Coeur d' Alene. The weather was patchy but we enjoyed the sun when it made its appearance. Weston had so much fun with his cousins. We watched the fireworks across the bay and Seth lit up the night with his mad pyro skills. Although Weston was deathly afraid of the boat ride, it's all he can talk about today. The fourth of July is probably one of my favorite holidays. Seth has already started saving for next year's fireworks.
