O Christmas Tree...

We went to Woodbury's Tree Farm to get our tree again this year.
It took us a total of 30 seconds to pick it out, just the right amount of time for me.
Seth and the boys had fun getting it set up.

Snow

We haven't had much snow this year but that hasn't stopped the boys.
Anytime we get the smallest amount of frost,
they head outside to make a snow fort.

Shadow

Ivan loves to do anything Koper is doing.   It's kind of fun to watch.

The boys

A friend of a friend took these pictures of the boys
and I love how you can see their individual personalities.

Legos

Building his own lego set.

Koper turns 4

Koper decided that his favorite blanket was one of my old ones from high school.
It was starting to fall apart and every time I washed it, we seemed to lose a little more of it.
I made him a new blanket using my old one as the middle.
How old are ya Koper?
Helping make his cake.
All he wanted was an M&M cake.
I thought I was pretty smart when I finished his cake hours ahead of his party.
I made a pudding/cool whip frosting and apparently if you put
M&M's on it and then put it in the fridge for a couple of hours,
the M&M's will sweat and you'll end up with a lava cake.
Oh well, better luck next time.
Here he is with his new and improved blanket.
He was excited about it until he realized that he couldn't
actually see his/my old blanket.
He's warming up to it though.
Beyblades are big in our family right now and he was excited to get his own.
Blowing out the candles.
Beyblade tournament with the cousins.

Happy Halloween

Lydia's friend, Margaret, saved the day with these batman capes.
The day before the ward trunk or treat, I decided to not be lame
and make my kids costumes.  I bought the material and as I told Lydia about it,
Margaret offered to let the boys use these capes she had made for her boy's birthday party.
She ended up giving them to us and the boys love them!
This cape is one Aunt Brenda made for Kevin when he was little.
Ivan couldn't get enough of it.

Seth turns 32

Koper did such a good job keeping Seth's presents a secret.
Right up until Seth was opening them.  He couldn't take it anymore
and just had to spill the beans.
We're all about bey blades this year.
The boys love playing them with Seth.
Good thing gift giving gets simpler as you get older.
Ivan cuddling with his daddy.
We celebrated Seth and Aunt Brenda's birthdays with the fam over Conference weekend.
Everyone wanted in on the action.

Ivan's baby

We found this old doll of mine at my parent's house recently
and Ivan has been taking care of her since.
He actually cried and wasn't so happy with me the first time he saw me hold her.
It will be interesting to see how he adjusts to the new baby.

Belated Birthday

Aunt Brenda and Uncle Chuck were out of town for Weston's birthday
and he didn't let them forget it.
Aunt Brenda was kind enough to bring Weston these K'nex.
We're still working on tact.

Random pictures

Koper loves to dress himself...
I saw these on pinterest and decided to try them.
I didn't have a spice mix, just carrot.
They were kind of interesting, but the kids loved them.
Watching Seth mow the lawn.
Playing 'Barber Shop.'
Guess we don't need girls in this family to have beauty.

We waited in line for almost an hour to get these face paintings
at the Latah County Fair.  Weston slept with his on and it smeared all over his face.
Koper's didn't make it past tub time.
