Carving Pumpkins the Zirker Way

After a day of fun in the pumpkin patch, we went to my parent's house to carve pumpkins. Seth was a little surprised when I told him to put the knife away that he was using to open his pumpkin and that we would be using my dad's Jigsaw for the task. Power tools are so much more fun.

Good Idea! I've never thought about using power tools to carve pumpkins before.

By the way, Benjamin is my FAVORITE boy name. I am so mad that we wasted it on the cat!!!!!!

LACEY! How are you? I just found your blog from Aubrie's blog and I am excited! I just started blogging too. :) Anyway: I have been thinking of you because I met a girl on this cruise we just went on that looks so much like you! I kept wanting to call her Lacey! But it wasn't her name. So funny! So good to catch up with you, through your blog. Keep in touch!

hey! i bought a white pumpkin at qfc (city girl) and borrowed peter's big drill bits. i scalloped the opening and then drilled holes in each scallop. put some fall flowers in it and took it to church for the relief society table. looks so cute! makes a darling vase!
