I caved...

We went to Seattle for Thanksgiving and to distract myself during the drive, I decided to read Twilight. I was half tempted to start reading the series last time we were in Seattle, but held strong until last week. Now I have not only read the first, second and half of the third book, but I also went to see the movie with my sis-in-law while in Seattle. What has come of me???
Have no fear, I am still holding strong and have not, nor do I intend to, read Harry Potter. Blasphemy to some. I know.

I can't believe you caved. Sigh. At least you're holding strong on the Harry Potter. I guess we can still be friends. ;-)

I hope I was not a bad influence on you! ;o) I'm glad you went and saw the movie with me though. I loved being able to do something just us girls! Just wait until you get to book 4 - it will ALL be worth it!

That is so funny, I have been holding out too! I borrowed the book from my friend and have not yet given in to the temptation! It won't be long I'm sure:)

You are so funny! If the only reason for NOT reading Harry Potter and Twilight is because everyone else loves the books. . . then you NEED to cave and just enjoy! HA HA HA!! Oh Weez! Love you!

Man, I can't believe you caved and read about teenage vampires in love, but didn't read Harry Potter. I finally read Harry Potter after my little brother made me watch the movies with him. I read to book 5, then quit because they got lame. But I am not planning to ever read Twilight, even if they threaten to kick me out of Relief Society. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was enough for me.
