What I'm working on...

My cousins wanted me to cut vinyl stick figures of their kids as a Christmas gift for their mom to put on her car. So, the very talented Eric Limburg (my cousin-in-law) designed the cutest stick figures for me to cut. I have since been developing a line for my website and using them as birthday gifts. This one was for my niece who turned 5 today! We went bowling for her birthday.

While we were bowling, I was reminded of a date I once went on with this really weird guy who thought he was all that. As we were putting on our bowling shoes, he mentioned that he didn't like losing to girls. So, I made sure to thoroughly school him. I couldn't have been happier. It makes me giggle just thinking about it. My mom said I should have let him win, but seriously, he needed the experience. Sadly, I have yet to beat my husband in a game of bowling. But I do play a mean game of chinese checkers.

It's not too hard to beat someone bowling when you're using the bumper lanes. Weston could probably beat you both.

That is awesome... and I love the pict of Weston standing in front of the lanes actually... Good job on the project! I am excited to get started on Valentine's Day decor.

Oh man, that's a funny story! And yes, we LOVE the plaque (is that what they're called?). We're organizing and re-doing Michaela's and Addie's room and she's really excited to find the perfect place to put it. Thank you - super cute! I can't wait to see some other projects with the stick people!

Hmmm. Your bowling picture reminded me of some amazing cosmic bowling outfits from college that go with those great skills! :)
