What would you do?

This child has been potty-trained for almost a year. He does pretty well and occassionally has accidents when he plays too much and doesn't stop to use the bathroom. He had a rough day the other day. Three accidents right in a row. My sympathy was gone by the third one. So, while he was in the bathroom mopping up the floor and I was retrieving yet another pair of pants, I heard a thud and, "Mom, I fell..." in the cutest voice you've ever heard. A small amount of sympathy returned when I realized he had slipped in his own puddle, but mostly I laughed so hard I almost had an accident. Ah, the comedy of parenthood. What would you have done?
